Az ad group member add command can help you add a member to an Azure AD group.
Syntax
az ad group member add --group --member-idExample
In this article, we are adding the member with a membership ID 2867be31-5c6b-4e5f-8d21-30a76af0ff5c to the Azure AD group named “AzureLessons Group”.
az ad group member add --group "AzureLessons Group" --member-id 2867be31-5c6b-4e5f-8d21-30a76af0ff5cBefore executing the above command, you can see below that there are no members belonging to this group.

Now, let us execute the above command. The command has been executed successfully, as shown in the screenshot below.

After executing the above command, you can see that the member has been added successfully to the specified Azure AD group.
