Recently, while generating the Shared Access Signature (SAS) for the storage account, I encountered that the Generate SAS and connection string button was not enabled or greyed out.
Solution
What exactly I had done to fix this issue. I selected the desired option for the Allowed resource types option. So, I faced this scenario because I had not selected any option there.
So, the solution for this issue is that you need to make sure to select any of the options as per your requirement for the Allowed resource types option.
