Recently, I was working on a project for one of my clients. I accidentally deleted one critical storage account. Later, I analyzed and identified the steps to restore a deleted storage account in Azure using Azure Portal.
To Restore Deleted Storage Account In Azure, On the specific storage account page, click the Restore button, now select the appropriate subscription and deleted storage account (last 14 days) option, and finally, click the Restore button on the Restore deleted account window.

Follow the below steps.
1. Log in to the Azure Portal.
2. Search for Storage accounts and click on the search result Storage accounts under services, as shown in the screenshot below.

3. Click the Restore button on the Storage accounts window, as shown in the screenshot below.

4. On the Restore deleted account window, Select the appropriate subscription to which your deleted storage account belongs, then Select the deleted storage account (last 14 days), and finally, click on the Restore button, as shown in the screenshot below.

5. Recovering the storage accounts took a few seconds, and I received a notification that the storage account was successfully restored, as shown in the screenshot below.
