To move user story from one sprint to another Azure DevOps, follow the below steps.
1. Log in to the Azure Portal.
2. Search for the Azure DevOps Organizations, and then under the Services node, click on the search result Azure DevOps Organizations.

3. Now, let us click on the My Azure DevOps Organizations link, as shown in the screenshot below.

4. Click on the Azure DevOps project from the list below.

5. Click on the Boards option and then the Sprints option, as shown in the screenshot below.

6. Select the user story, click on the More Actions menu, then Move to iteration, and finally click the required sprint under the future iterations option.
