Recently, I have encountered the error “Your current account type is not supported”.
Cause
You might get this issue because the account you trying to register in an unmanaged Azure AD directory does not belong to your organization’s Azure AD directory.
Solution
I have followed the below approaches to fix this issue
First, I tried following the below steps
- Clearing all the browser history, clear the cache of your browser.
- Try the same steps with the help of a different browser.
It still didn’t fix my issue, so I tried doing the below steps and was able to fix the issue successfully.
- Sign up for the Azure account by using another account
- You should take over the unmanaged AD directory.
